Founder & CEO

Abe has over 12 years of experience in revenue management, analytics, digital marketing and channel distribution.  


Abe has held revenue positions with Highgate Hotels, Denihan Hospitality, Millennium Hotels and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.  Abe has successfully managed some of the largest hotels/resorts in competitive key markets such as New York City, Miami, Hawaii, San Diego and Sydney.  Abe is considered one of the leading experts in the field of revenue management and distribution.


Pepi Cunmulaj

Director of Business Development

Business developer bringing a fresh view on increasing luxury property efficiencies from a decade of customer success  


spanning a large and heterogeneous field of expertise including top-tier pre-openings in the Hotel and F&B industries, luxury property management, and more recently helping independent properties increase direct bookings through a dedicated and novel platform in the hospitality industry. Beyond a natural penchant for critical thinking, her international approach to local markets, having managed key global territories and relations, working with over 500 properties in 70 countries, as well as speaking 5 languages sets me apart.


Taylor Wong

Director of Business Development

Taylor has over 8 years of experience in hotel management & operations, OTA relationships and distribution partnerships.   


.  He was the VP of Operations, working with ownership, to build a successful hotel in Soho from the ground up.  From there he joined the OTA world working for Booking Holdings.  He conductedadynamic commercial expansion into strategic markets; Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago while positioning himself as a knowledgeable source on being able to enhance OTA and hotel partnerships to gain a better foothold over the hotels competition.

Inder Banga

Head of Advisory Board

Inder has over 13 years of experience in revenue management, yield management, analytics, channel distribution and contract negotiations.  


Inder supports ERC through advisory on various topics such as analytics and channel distribution. Inder has held various positions in revenue management and distribution throughout his career in hospitality.  He has led remote teams with consistent double digit increases in revenue management for 3+ years with specialty in renovation marketing. Inder is considered as a thought leader and innovator in the field of distribution and revenue management.


Ted Schweitzer

Digital Marketing Advisory

Ted is the President of Direct Booking IQ, a boutique agency that specializes in the digital marketing space with a focus on the marriage of data 


and intelligence applied to enhance bid management. Prior to founding Direct Booking IQ, Ted most recently served as Senior Vice President, Digital Commerce & Media at La Quinta Holdings, Inc. In this role, he oversaw all product direction including mobile, apps and desktop sites, onward distribution and media. During his time at La Quinta, the company grew from 350 hotels and $20MM in digital revenue to over 900 hotels and $1.5B in digitally booked revenue annually. Before joining La Quinta, he was Director, Channel Distribution at Choice Hotels International. Early in his career, Ted served in multiple management positions of several Holiday Inn branded hotels in Oklahoma City. This is where he began his career in hospitality as a bellman in high school. The travel industry is clearly in his DNA and the evolution of digital marketing keeps it fun!


Dr. Yibai Li

Business Intelligence Advisory

Yibai Li, Ph.D. is an associate professor of business analytics at the University of Scranton. He has a Ph.D. in information systems, master of science


in management information systems , double bachelor’s degree in computer science and business administration. He has more than 10 years of experience in the scientific research of business analytics, data mining and machine learning and their applications in the hospitality management. He has published more than 30 papers or books in these areas. He serves as a chair for the Augmented Artificial Intelligence theme at a top international conference HICSS (The Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences) . He teaches extensively on the topics such as business intelligence, data mining, data warehousing and etc. He developed and co-founded the Hotel Business Management Training Simulation ( ranks #1 in Google’s search result and it has been used by tens and thousands of people worldwide.
